Laboratory Automation
A laboratory automation system is designed for workflow optimized for the operation process of the Laboratory Medicine department by selectively combining modules equipped with pre-examination and post-examination process functions.
High Throughput
Eliminates time‐consuming barcode reading in transportation lines. Single sample holders go into necessary modules, and error samples are defaulted individually.
*RFID:Radio Frequency Identification
High-throughput sample transportation is realized with compact space lines.Upper line trasnports holders with sample in process. Lower line trasnports empty holders waiting for supply. Both dedicated lines do not conflict each other and continuously keep high-throughput sample transportation.
Three Aliquot heads enable maximum total throughput 800 samples per hour (1:1aliquot). By individual lines for aliquot tubes and sample cups, the system prevents reducing the throughput in case of plural aliquots.
STAT samples can be loaded and processed as prioritized samples.
High Efficiency
By 4 drawers for each Input Buffer and Output Buffer Module operating independently.
For continuous processing save labor required for exchanging them.
To shorten a working traffic line, loading and unloading position are designed to adjoin.
At the top of each module will indicate the status of system by the combinations of lights. Operators can visually recognize the current status even in a place away from the system.
Flexibility
Can be divided into 16 storage and sorting areas per Output Buffer.You can assign sample type and capacity to specific tray areas. By using RFID tag in each tray, the system indentifies the positions of sorting samples.
Aliquot error samples will be defaulted to the error tray with aliquot and empty aliquot tubes for easy error handling.
Automatically recognizes the shape of each sample tube, such as tube diameter: 13 mm and 16 mm height: 75 mm and 100 mm.
Centralized Management
Displays real-time status of whole system. System monitor displays real-time alarm from each module.
Pre-analytical results for specific samples. Displays aliquot status for each sample.
If residual quantity of consumables is lower than preset storage level, the system will display the notification to operators.
